My complaint:
i ordered a new truck in July it was built in August. As of today 1-21-22, no one from GM can tell me where it is or when it is coming. There have been trucks built in October and delivered but I still wait. The most frustrating issue is I have spoken with GM complaint dept. personal, and they just try to make you happy but give you NO details. I have told them that I am not satisfied with the answer given and would like a call from a supervisor at least three times but have never received a call back. I have been ordering and driving GM products since I was 16. I blame GM not my local dealership just seems like GM no longer cares if I drive a GM or a Ford
Suggested solution:
very simple call me and tell me why it's taking so long when trucks built after mine have been delivered. And when it will be shipped
