My complaint:
I own a 2015 Buick Encore and there is a patch of blue pain that has come off on it’s on the back rear window driver side area. Due to the location, the whole door has to be repainted and will cover $1200.
The vehicle has not been in accident in that area of the car and it has not been vandalized. The piece came off during a drive home from work last week.
With research, I have determined that this seems to be an issue with this color and makemodelyear of car. This is unfortunate as I have been a GM customer and my mother worked for GM for almost 20 years. I will no longer be using GM products.
Suggested solution:
A recall should be place as well as compensation for the fix.
