My complaint:

The ECM went out on my 2011 GMC Acadia four months ago. It has been sitting on the lot at the dealership in Thomasville waiting on part. Why does it take so long to get a part from a company that should have parts in inventory. I had to go and buy another vehicle so my wife could go to work. General Motors should pay for the used vehicle I bought. There is no excuse for having to wait this long for a part for a GM vehicle at a GM dealer!

Suggested solution:

Help pay for the part and labor for having to wait so long. I still have not gotten my Acadia fixed, it is still sitting on the lot at DOC'S Chevrolet in Thomasville
