My complaint:
i prchased a 2021 trailblazer last year. i happed to find the orriginal window sticker with the list of equipment yesterday. listed under performance and mechanical is trailering equipment. i took the car to my chevrolet desler and asked the salesman what trailering equipment meant. he explained that it meant a trailer hitch. after investigating he sdmitted that there was no trailet hitch and that i could put a hitch on the car. my comment was yhat i paid for a trailer hitch and i expect gm to supply the trailer hitch and install it. i aked if he would investigate the situation snd let me know what the story is. so far nothing useful aside from the fact there is a gorum of trailblazer owners that i cannot find on the internet. i am hoping to hear ftom my chevrolet desler or from general motor that they are ready to install the trailer thst i paid for and did nit receive.
Suggested solution:
install a trailer hitch at their expense.
