My complaint:
I purchased a Washer from American Finance on October 9, 2021. I have manufactured warranty of one year and I purchased another warranty. I called General Electric for repair services. The service appointment was through a third-party Eralux Appliance Repair. I received an appointment
and the part would be ordered. I was scheduled an appointment for May 2, 2022, between 4:00-6:00pm. I called and left a message ing the appointment. I did not get a call back to they received the call. Therefore, they never showed up. I have made several phone calls and have left several messages to no avail have I gotten any reply.
Suggested solution:
I just want my washer repaired ASAP.
