My complaint:
GE Model GTW500ASN0WS is the biggest piece of junk I have had the misfortune to own. This machine does not wash item according to its brochures and literature. When we try to wash (as few as two) bed sheets, the machine chokes up, and literally bounces around the laundry room, does not finish the wash cycle and leaves a tub full of drenched bed sheets. We have tried every possible work around, without success. It is junk … pure and simple JUNK!
Suggested solution:
Replace it with a washing machine that works and does not bounce all around the laundry room when we try to wash sheets.
