My complaint:
My washing machine doesn’t work. The main circuit board, which is the part that isn’t working anymore is on back order and has been for some time now. We have had it for about 2 years of average use-family of two. My complaint is this washer was not cheap, it’s broken and nobody knows when the part to repair it will be available. The model number is GTW725 and the serial number is GR120475G.
Suggested solution:
How to resolve this problem?! Make the part available so I can stop spending all my money at the laundromat.
