My complaint:
I bought a washer and dryer set back in Jan 2023. The dryer has had to be fixed by GE twice now. I went to use the washer last night and it now doesn’t work. It won’t drain it bells and chimes makes a cranking sound and shuts off. I paid over 1600 for these appliances and I can’t even get an appointment until the end of the month. They want to send me to a third party appliance person who will contact me in 24 hours. I’m so upset and aggravated that they are not even a year old and they keep breaking. Washer model number is GTW465ASN8WW
Dryer model is GTD42EASJ2WW. Dryer had to have a whole new wiring kit installed in a brand new dryer !!! No one at GE seems to care and makes you wait weeks to a month for a fix. The washer has water in the bottom of it and I can’t get it out and I’m suppose to wait a month !! Never again will I ever buy GE products so disgusted.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to replace these appliances or at least get me an appointment or make a third party appointment (making sure these is not cost for this since it’s under warranty ) on my behalf. I should t have to chance other appliances company’s down !!
