My complaint:
I have 5 month old washing machine that broke. It would not agitate or spin. Technician here two weeks ago, ordered part,scheduled repair for 12422 from 1-5 pm. I received txt msg yesterday ing my apt
I followed the track the tech site and it showed ation and tech due time.
No show, no call. I had to call 5 numbers before I could find a person who tracked down my service call. She said Factory service was located in Atlanta and they were closed. Very, very poor customer service
Suggested solution:
When you schedule a service call keep it. Notify customer of any delays.service call 065642809
