My complaint:
in the past 2 or 3 years, I purchased 3 GE Dehumidifiers, Model No. ADEL50LWW1. They are used for 3 or 4 months per year during the hot, humid times of the year. 2 of the 3 units have failed. The latest one to fail is Serial No. ML010635Q. I expected the performance of these dehumidifiers to live up to GE’s good reputation for reliable products.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have a replacement. I realize that the 1 year guarantee has expired, but I expected more than just several months use out of the product.
