General Electric complaint: Faulty Defective Opal Ice Maker

My complaint:

Purchased a very nice GE Profile Opal Countertop Nugget Ice Maker October 2021. Registered it. Came with 1YR warranty. The water pump stopped working 53122. Created case Ticket 104049 with GE Support and they agreed to advanced warranty based exchange on 6222. I had to return the defective unit and they sent me a replacement and received on 62522 however it does not produce ice.

It runs, pump runs the water but no ice. There is also no heat in the exhaust so seems as if the compressor may not be working properly. I don’t know but I’ve responded to same ticket starting 71522 after I had tried to troubleshoot it to make sure yet still to this day, no response from them. I’ve sent 4 follow-ups via email labeling each as such. I’ll try to call them this week but it’s hard to get a person.

Suggested solution:

They need to send me a working unit.
