My complaint:
Claims that where found not at fault where reported on my driving record as at fault. Costing me almost an extra $300 a month. Have called and nobody either wants to fix it or they really don’t know how to. They also canceled my policy a week before the cancellation due date. Just the could jack up my premium to $1000 a month. I am a dot driver for ups and this can cause me my job.
Suggested solution:
Fix improper reporting on my driving record. reinstate my policy also gave me a policy credit of the difference. What I say every month from the time I had them also refund me for having to pay higher premiums on policies they kept getting canceled because of their improper reporting and in between now and then, did they pay for any tickets or damages to my vehicle for not having insurance improper reporting practice practices
