My complaint:
I have had repeated problems with phone geek squad and have tried numerous times to complain without being able to reach anyone who can even take a complaint.
Most recently I asked them to help me resolve why my speakers and microphone suddenly were not working. My laptop said they weren’t installed. I asked GeekSquad to check it out, and said I thought it might have to do with a recent update. When I went to the level 2 tech, he took 5 minutes to say it was a hardware problem and there was nothing he could do. Also, I never go the survey. I spent another 10 minutes online and did a system restore back to the last restore point and presto, everything worked again.

Suggested solution:
Record the complaint about this specific tech.
But then hat I most want is a way to make a complaint about the service tech who doesn't do what he was supposed to or in some cases has even made it worse. Usually there is a survey, but there is no way to check if something is really resolved and then fill out the survey.
