My complaint:
I had deposited money via USDT to participate in SLEEPBE ido on 11th May, immediately after that my Fund password stopped working. I am unable to reset my Fund password and my 2nd level security 2FA SECURITY STOPPED WORKING and Gate.io support team keeps saying details don’t match. I have my money stuck there and unable to withdraw it.
Suggested solution:
Disable 2FA security and reset my Fund password or refund my money back ASAP.
