My complaint:
I had Gochain chain at the amount of 8830 on gate.io system. For more than 2 months, system shows 37$ value for my coins. Although in the other trade platforms, same coin has made x2 or more but in gate.io platform, I cannot make any actions (buy sell) and whenever i contacted the help desk, I have been told that website platform is still under maintenance. This is becoming a serious issue and noone is helping me to solve this. I need an URGENT ACT.
Suggested solution:
I must be able to make actions on the system (sell or buy my coins)
