My complaint:
I joined Gate.io. i checked on agreement form countries that are prohibited and philippines is not prohibited. I sent crypto to the site to trade. They allowed it. Then they sent me message the cant accept my KYC saying im in restricted place and they closed my acct. I appealed and nothing except refer me to agreement form. I informed them i did cjeck ot and my area is not prohibited. See atached screenshot telling me im in restricted area and closing my acct!
Suggested solution:
Either do as agreement says and fix my acct which is not in restricted area or return my krypto. Thank you for this!
