My complaint:
I submitted a ticket to the support team almost 3 weeks ago and couldn’t get my problem solved. Their live chat even useless. Long story short my friend sent me 4870 XRP without tag number so it couldn’t deposit to my account. When I reach them out first time I got response from them saying they’ll deposit it manually and asks me to provide them all TXID and other information. I gave them all information they needed but then they disappeared. Again I submitted tickets and reached out live support almost 100 off times and they all say is wait for support team contact me. They contacted me again but asked exactly same thing and I replied them then no response again. They assume they don’t know how to read my replies or they just do thin on purpose. Don’t go with this shit company if not you’ll loose all your money to them
Suggested solution:
I suppose their support members doesn’t know how to read the reply email. They should’ve look into my emails and solve the problem
