My complaint:
I recently lost my phone that had my 2FA. I can log into my account but I can’t go pass the 2FA. I messaged customer support more than 11 times which they did reply me only twice with the same messages. They asked me to verify my information as well as to take a photo and hold a paper with my ID with my user name date and phone number. I immediately did as ask and got no response since then. After numberous times of messaging then I got a second response asking for the same information that I have already provided. I went ahead by sending over the same information again and then I got no response till date despite contacting them multiple times. At the point it has been well over 2 months and it’s getting frustrating because I have investments on their platform. All my other plate forms have disable my 2FA except Gate.io which is really puzzling to me.
Suggested solution:
I would like for my 2FA to be disable.
