My complaint:

i transfered xch from hpool to my wallet adress four days ago. it was completed. but i could not see it in my wallet. i also checked it https:xchscan.comaddressxch1akw04uevfrup0zdpxjftusvl58s7hxy6dzjcd0n7gwey0a608lrqxg2azt
last one 0.21 xch was not added to my wallet.
