My complaint:
Spot funds disappearing in my account after trading Rune coin all day. Sold the asset and then nothing appeared in my account. Gate Customer service first responded right away asking for the bill statement and then asked for screenshots, both supplied at 1pm on Aug 10th 2021, next day no response from several attempts to follow up the issue and complaint. Still not a word from customer support…non existing help from Gate io.
Suggested solution:
Look at the bill statement and reimburse the funds, its not a lot but been learning trading at my own pace and this just is stupid they can not answer for their own crypto exchange and customer service reputation. I believe they were hacked yesterday and will not admit it due to the publicity they are about to get from my blogs and crypto contacts.
