My complaint:
Today multiple events happened and i caught 2 out of 3 on video,
1. I make a order on small cap, the exchange make my order 20x after i changed to 2. It happens regularly where I need to change the leverage twice because the first time I enter the information it doesn’t register properly. On top of this the index price which had been shown to be the same as the mark price were in fact 16% different when the order was finally put through this cause my position to be immediately liquidated while in cross mode rather than warehouse meaning my small position of roughly $100 cause $1000 of my account to disappear in seconds.
2. After this happened I started to screen record and continue to trade all of a sudden a position I had which was in profit was liquidated right in front of my eyes and I have the video of me searching as to why this happened and showing the profit which should have been far more but the exchange liquidated my order as it’s inconvenient for the customer to win.
3. This one takes the bullet because it’s so blatant while I’m trying to figure out why my position was liquidated I go to spot account to transfer $200 and try to get back into the same position as quickly as possible. When I switch back to the future is section my $200 has mysteriously turned into just $150 these transfers are supposed to be free of charge, they literally just robbed 25% of my money duri g transferring. If they can do that then there is no end to what they could be doing.
Suggested solution:
1. Immediately have someone contact me and discuss without using the trained disclaimer response taught on first day at gate.io. The “you need to read the terms and conditions you should be aware of the risk etc.” That might work in the HR introduction training room for your support team but you are overlooking what i am saying i have evidence of. Its not only completely rude and lacking of basic empathy, its patronising me and disclaiming yourself simultaneously which seems like it is a win all argument response, but i am not as easy as to merely allow such Dismissiveness when its clear to me systematic and illegal operations regularly occur on your exchange. Through intentional programming or sheer neglect, both are illegal.
