My complaint:
I tried to withdraw my funds from USDT to GBP by Banxa but Gate.io processing my order from more then 10 days already. Banxa sent an email in first day about order expiration but Gate.io didn’t cancel my order or refund my funds
Suggested solution:
Cancel my orders and refund my USDT
