Gate.io complaint: Denying assistance. Not replying to emails

My complaint:

I have accidentally deleted my Google authenticator keys from the app.
I have no access to my gateio account.
I have already emailed their customer service support email address they did not respond.
Previously they responded once but they did not solve my problem.

Suggested solution:

I need new set of Google authenticator keys.
They need to disable the authentication code checking from their side.
I can not log in to my account. I can not disable authentication with codes.
I need them to disable the Google authenticator.
