My complaint:
I bought 133.91 gala5L at the rate of $1.13 each on spot ETF. Following the recent dip, the price dropped to 0.1 and then 0.01.
I woke up on 16/04/2024 to see that gate.io has manipulated the price to 0.45 and cleared my account of the 133.91 Gala5L and deposited 1.391.
Confused as to what happened, I checked my transaction history but there’s no address that it was withdrawn to rather I was only left with TID number. I reached out to them via email only to the told the increase caused the reduction of 100 to 1, that it didn’t affect the value.
I wrote to ask them how 133.91 is equal to 1.391, when the price of 1 isn’t at $120. Please I need them to return the 133.91 Gala5L to my account.
