My complaint:
After the latest google update, it deleted all my authenticated accounts there. To deactivate the gate authenticator, it ridiculously asks you for the authenticator code. So far no human has contacted me after multiple mails, complaints, tickets, etc.
At the same time I want to change my funds password and it also asks for my authenticator code.
One of the biggest corporations like google, has failed and gate is complicit in not providing support on this issue. I demand a human response from the company which so far only deals with bots.
Suggested solution:
They have to desactivate 2FA from my account and verify my identity as well so i can change my funds key, quickly cause i need the money.
