My complaint:
Just imagine packing for a birthday trip to Jamaica only to find out your luggage have been lost. Now on my vacation trip, I can’t change daily, my birthday outfit is gone, my bathing suits are missing. Not only I can’t take multiple photographs for my birthday trip but now essential items that were packed i no longer have in my possession. Frontier is hard to get in contact with. the customer service sucks. This is the worst airline I have been on. Birthday trip has been ruined. Now we are back home in eh states and sill no luggage or a call from Frontier.

Refund me a FULL refund for this horrible trip
