Frontier Airlines complaint: Left on tarmac for 1.5 hrs

My complaint:

We flew from Denver CO to Houston TX on 8312021, flight 244. Depart at 7:25 (delayed to 7:44) arrive shortly before 11. Upon landing we were left on the tarmac for 1.5 hrs because there was no “bridge operator”. Communication was horrible and we were told the “manager” was driving in from home (25 mins away) to bring the bridge up. How does something like this even happen? These flights are registered months in advance. Did all personnel just go home and leave a plane full of passengers to sit? I had my ten year old with me, missed my ride home, had to pay $50 for an Uber. The $75 voucher per person is not sufficient for what we were put through.

Suggested solution:

Repay my Uber fee, and give more money on a voucher.
