My complaint:

We had a flight scheduled for a Saturday. Frontier canceled it. We had to rearrange our whole vacation and switch to their Monday flight. It wouldn’t just let us switch to Monday. So we had to book a new flight for Monday which cost us more money. Then they added a flight for Sunday so we called customer service to see if they would switch us to the Sunday flight and get back closer to our original vacation plans. They said they could not just switch us. We would have to pay extra. It would be an extra $400 to switch flights. They canceled on us. They should be doing anything they can to make it up but instead they are price gouging us.
