My complaint:
Frontier let us book a last minute ticket. Knowing it would be cancelled due to weather. With no customer service phone number. I have no way to reschedule. Tried chat feature. It is a bot not a human. They never responded or helped me.
I try to reschedule online. It wants to charge a fee which is more than what I paid for the ticket in the first place.
This seems like a scam.
Suggested solution:
They need to help me book a ticket free of charge.
