My complaint:
We were flying to our grandsons Air Force Academy Graduation, but the ceremony was moved 2 weeks ahead into October. The 2 tickets cost $255 and they want over $400 to switch the dates, plus the $255 we already spent. The alternative is to lose the $255. For this to happen to a diabetic senior citizen on a fixed income who only hopes to support her Grandson is wildly inappropriate. It was difficult in the first place to scrape up the money for the 2 tickets, and to have a billion dollar company extort money under emotional duress from a senior citizen with no logical recourse seems criminal to me. I would hope that you can find a way for us to change the dates for the 2 tickets from Sept 20-23 to October 4-7 without being raped financially. Can you please find a way for us to resolve this quickly.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse my money or lower the fee dramatically to change the dates of the 2 tickets 2 weeks forward
