My complaint:
Bought a brand new Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. It cooled for a couple hours after waiting the 24 hours to plug it in and then it quit cooling after a few hours and hasn’t worked since contacted Frigidaire they sent a repair guy out he ordered two parts. One of the parts is on a back order and it’s not available, now they tell me to just wait another 7 to 10 days to see if by then the part is available. This is unacceptable. I bought a new refrigerator I would like to use my new refrigerator.
Suggested solution:
Replaced the refrigerator with a working unit as soon as possible
