My complaint:

I reached out to Frigidaire to file a first year claim for my ice maker. They outsource their in warranty process though a company called Curtis International. It has been almost 4 months since I filed the claim with Curtis. I try to reach out to them and the same person answers the phone every time. I had to ship my clearly defective product that cost me $120 when they had the options to drop at a local place or destroy. Since shipping it and receiving ation that my shipment was received I have yet to get a return to any of the emails I’ve sent. I am so frustrated that I want to scream to everyone who will listen to NEVER buy anything Frigidaire. So now I’m $120 out plus the $450 I spent on the Gallery series icemaker.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund or shipping ation of like for like. PLUS the $120 it cost me to ship the broken junk back.
