Frigidaire complaint: Refrigerator never worked properly

My complaint:

This is our second fridge in 2 years. Frigidaire authorized a replacement on our first one, we paid more and upgraded only to have the same issues with this. Since then I have had multiple service calls, emails and telephone calls with Elite Appliance and Frigidaire and NOTHING is resolved. The issue is ongoing, and I am always waiting for a part to come in only to have the issue start up again right afterwards. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. we paid good money for a faulty product and no one is addressing this.

Suggested solution:

Authorize the Brick to give us a refund; we do NOT want another Frigidaire product.
