My complaint:
I have reached out to frigidaire on 12/4/23 to let them know my brand new wall oven microwave unit was broken. I had to call multiple times and be on hold , then had to use live chat to reach them. They filed a compliant and I was tole the repair company would come on 12/7/23, I received word from the repair company that there are no parts for my order and to contact frigidaire because I am under warranty. I had tocall back many times again only to be told I needed to wait up to 10 days for them to look for a part. I called on the 10th day and they told me to call back in 2 days , on a Sunday , they are not open on Sundays. So here is is 15 days later Ive been on hold for over 2 hours now.
Suggested solution:
Send me a new unit
