Freewallet complaint: I am yet another victim of Freewallet. Stole my coins.

My complaint:

I deposited all my life savings in 2017 and always followed the evolution of my wallet through the app.

Now I have a family health problem and I need to withdraw the BTCs urgently and they simply blocked my account.

They asked for several documents and I sent them all, after that they disconnected me from the app and no longer let me connect to Facebook or any other means.

Now they don’t answer me anymore, I no longer have access to my wallet and they stole my coins!

I demand an urgent solution!
