This is an ongoing complaint with freewallet. I was told by you the complaint was resolved but freewallet have not refunded me my coins. This is the issue l have with them and they are not addressing this. They just say the same thing over and over.

Dear customer,
Please note that according to the Terms of Use, users must pay the account maintenance fee. The fee relief is provided to active accounts (minimal activity of at least logging into the account is required).
Our records show that your account was inactive for a long time, which is why the inactive fee was charged.

No, l was not informed of the changes in terms and conditions so was unaware for the need to check them occassionally. If you change your tcs surely by law you must inform your customers
