Freewallet complaint: Freewallet stole my coins

My complaint:

I purchased dogecoins via freewallet back in 2021 with the intention of leaving them there as a long term investment . This was a small investment as a gamble the coins may rise in value significantly. However, this month, oct 2023, l decided to check my account only to find the coins had dissappeared. I contacted freewallet and they informed me that the coins had been taken by them as a fee for an inactive account and that l should,ve read the terms and conditions. However this fee was introduced in nov 2022 without my knowledge.They did,nt inform of the new terms and said it was my responsibility to read the terms and cons regularly to be aware of any changes they made.
This cannot be right and is surely just a scam and a means to steal my money.

Hello, please note that the funds were not stolen. We would like to point out that Freewallet doesn't charge a fee for using the apps. However, per our Terms and Conditions, a monthly fee applies to accounts that remain inactive for 6 months. We understand that this can be frustrating and recommend that all users log in to their accounts and check out our Terms and Conditions occasionally.
