Freedom Mobile complaint: Rude loyalty team member and lots of hidden fees

My complaint:

Theu charged me.hidden fees on my pay as you go plan. Tried to charge me.a full month for only a few weeks service. Didn’t listen to my.issues and just kept talking over me and spewing random stuff. When she finally heard my.issue she down played and told me it’s just a few days. Sorry I’m physically disabled so getting ripped off by a week is not a financial option for me as my income is very limited and fixed. Felt like she didn’t care about my.issue and made ME feel like the issue.

Suggested solution:

Have that rep apologize via email, and give my prepaid lines a free month of service, and chamge my.billing cycle date so I'm not getting ripped off every single month.
