My complaint:
My phone keeps roaming, when it is roaming I can’t make or receive any calls. I called customer services and even asked for a supervisor to fix the problems they kept telling me they could not do anything to resolve the issue. I need to call them when the problem is in progress and they offered me 5 dollars at first for 2 months and then 5 dollars for 4 months. For God’s sake, how can I make a call when there is no service?
If you run a business, make sure your employees have cell phones with providers other than Freedom Mobail.
Suggested solution:
They need to hire people with experience in customer services because the two supervisors I spoke with kept telling me nothing wrong with the line, in other words, You are lying. They kept offering me $5. I am not waiting for your $5, have some respect.
