My complaint:
I took a prescription for ED pills and when I got home I counted the pills one at a time out of the bottle. I only got 29 pills instead of the 30. I hit the bed because I did not get the 30 pills. I counted the pills again putting them in group of 2’s there was 14 2’s. I had my wife count them and she got the 28 pills. I told her I got 29 when I counted them the first time and I could not figure out why it started to get only 28. I called Food Lion and the man said he counted 30 pills and could not do any thing about the pills since I left the store. If he did not take one he would have told me to count them before I left the store. I did get mad at him and told him I hoped he enjoyed my pills when he got home. My wife helped look on the floor and every were since I said I did get 29 the first count. (Surprise) by hitting the Bed when I did not get 30 one of them jumped off the bed. She found it. I am sorry I told the store I only got 28 When I did get the 29 Pills. The man RYAN needs to be sent to school to learn to count to 30 if he shorts people on their prescription. I am more satisfied with 29 than 28 pills. When Ryan said he counted 30 pills I just know he put one in his pocket. He did say he took them out of a sealed bottle and put them in the unsealed bottle that he gave me. WHY would he do this if he did not want to get that one. I told him he should have just charged me for what I got instead of for 30 which I did not get. I am ok with this now but you do need to check and make sure he is being fair to the other Customers. Thank you for reading. The store personnel are friendly and Nice but when it comes to getting your full prescription they could care less that you get it.
Suggested solution:
Let the druggist know they shorted a customer and need to take their time counting even if it is just a couple of pills.. On my part now like my wife said it would not be worth the time to drive back to the store for one pill.
