My complaint:
On two occasions the first being about a month ago a cashier was very rude to myself as well as a customer in line in front of me. He had his items on the belt and she was the cashier . Apparently she was ready to get off register and instead of turning her light off she just threw her hands up and literally said “ nope I’m done you all have to go to another line I’m off!) he and myself had to put all our items back into our cart and move to other lines with a significant wait. The second incident was Thursday august 3 rd the same cashier named Rainey or rainie was unnecessary rude. Myself and a gentleman behind me had put our items on the belt , her light was on however she turned it off after my cart full of items were on the belt already and said with an attitude ( what no one can look up!???) and pointed to her register light which was now off. I said are you serious?
Your light was just on. She said I was wrong and told me she was closed and I had to go to another register. So once again I had to pile my groceries back into my cart and move to another register. Her attitude and the way she speaks to customers is completely unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager on duty to make complaint , she rolled her eyes and laughed at me and said “ fine whatever” when the manager arrived to speak to me she wakes up attempting to intimidate me with her presence and rolling if her eyes. I asked ti speak to the manager alone and she pushed her self inbetween myself and the manager and walked off. It was so unprofessional. Something needs to be done about this employee.
Suggested solution:
Speak to the employee to ensure this behavior never happens to another customer in the future.
