My complaint:
The customer service manager is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and most rudest person I’ve ever met. It literally makes no sense how she has this position. She ignores customers and her employees when they ask for help for a customer. Hint she’s the customer service manager you are always supposed to help when help is asked for. Ever time I come into this store I always have to wait at customer service for someone to either come out the office or from the back. No one should ever have to wait for customer service unless there is other people being helped ahead of you. Her whole attitude is awful and very uninvited. Due to me always shopping here I know that several people and employees have complained about her and nothing is ever done to her. And clearly you can watch the cameras and see she does nothing all day long. Something must be done about this woman Kathy or I’m going to make a complaint every day until it is!!
Suggested solution:
Get a customer service manager that is sociable, respects people, cares about servicing customers, and actually does her or his job instead of letting this woman get away with her ways and allowing her to think it’s ok to treat people like crap.
