My complaint:
I arrived at this establishment before 7:15 pm 08/02/2023. I went directly to the deli department and attempted to purchase fresh cut meat. I was told that the deli was closing early for some bogus reason. When I stated that the deli hours ended at 8 pm, I received this attitude filled statement about she closed early with no reason or a lame excuse for that matter.
I approached the front of the store to speak to a manager. When I was informed by another employee whom the manager was , the individual by the name of Missy or Misty walked passed me after I posed the same question about deli hours, and gave me this lame statement about I guess it closes at 7 or 8pm and shrugs her shoulders while continually walking away from me as if my concerns carried no merit with her at all. If this store hires bigoted benevolent people who find no need to concern themselves with some customers needs then its time for me to submit a letter to my local newspaper’s editors page. It won’t be my first time….
If there’s no correspondence within 15 business days then I suppose Food Lion wants there name on the front page of the Daily Times.
Suggested solution:
Establish a pattern of consistency I\'ll be in there to check and see if I find someone cleaning the slicing machine 45 minutes before 8pm going forward.
