My complaint:
Approached check out, one person ahead of me. Light was off, only two lines open. I said, I see your light is off, are you still open. She replies, I know my light is off, I don’t need you to tell me my light is off, I’m very much aware that it’s off. She was extremely rude, very unnecessary. A manager at that, Felicia
Suggested solution:
Talk to her, maybe she could use some more training. She's the manager after all. It's a shame that others are coming there to work with her as a manager.
