My complaint:
This happens quite often here lately. Which is really sad, because I’ve been shopping here for over ten years now. I believe they have new cashiers as well as stockers. They should’ve kept the previous employees. I’m getting checked out by a cashier. No hello, hi nothing. Ok. Like I said lately this has become the norm for this particular location. So I’m waiting for the young lady to tell me my total. Nothing. Total silence. So we both looking at one another. So that’s when I say to myself, look at the screen. Because she’s not gonna tell you. Maybe she wasn’t feeling well. If that’s the case, call out. I love FoodLion. You always have great deals. It’s not you guys. It’s those few employees.
Suggested solution:
Speak to the staff. Retrain those individuals. I’m quite sure management know who they are. They usually do.
