Food Lion complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

Four front line workers texting on their cell phones. One of them was my cashier 0213 on 8-28-21, she stopped ringing up my order 3 times to text on her phone. I had to re-bag my groceries at the car and again at home because there were heavy items on top of cookies, etc. This is totally unacceptable. WHERE is management?? Also the refrigeration where the eggs and cheese are kept: the black strips between the doors is all torn off, you can almost put your hand between the doors without even opening them. Is this not dangerous for human consumption? The store is dirty and ill kept. Empty shelves, aisles blocked with carts. You need a manager in that store to start firing some people. And start with some of those snooty little cashiers who treat the customers like they are interfering in their lives by shopping there. Very bad customer service.
