My complaint:
1) The moral in this store is awful, between the cashiers, management. I shop at this store quite often because my child works there, and it ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE SHORT STAFFED. PEOPLE are running around with their heads cut off.
2) when u come in a store you want the feeling of family , bond and unity- there is NONE
3) Management- I’ve witnessed and have heard Ms Brittany use racial slurs and remarks while being in a Managerial position- also when is it ok to buy minors, smokes and alcohol.
Also – THIS IS A BUSINESS, GOSSIPING, FIGHTING AMONGST EMPLOYEES ON AND OFF THE CLOCK SHOULDNT B TOLERATED, EVER !!!!
4) MY husband is the GM at Kroger, he’s witnessed the lack luster commitment of the staff there throughout the store, is there a workshop to train the employees?
All of these are a reflection of the Store Mgr
