My complaint:
This the second time this happened. I work at Foodlion 1172, Lead stocker my name is Terrish Bates. I tried to move the pallet out of his way safely and he said move the pallet Terrish with a mean attitude I’m not sure what’s going in his life outside of work Omar Smith Evening Manger stays late everyday he written me up before that he was not confident about, and we had a group talk and the written up got trash. Written me again and Omar Smith is not Confident and I Talk to Robbie and Tim about it nothing change.This the second time I have to complaint Omar Smith the Evening Manager made me feel some type of way. Im very Confident about my job description.
Suggested solution:
Have group talk with Lisa the director Robbie the Store Manager, Tim the assistant Manager.This the second time this happen.
