My complaint:
On Wednesday August 25 4:20 pm I was in the meet department looking for the ground beef that is on sale. A female employee without a name tag was scanning product. I told her that I didn’t see the ground beef. She acted as if I was disturbing her. She told me that it was up there with the other ground beef. I didn’t appreciate her tone and unwillingness to assist. I’m 70 years old and sometimes may unable to locate what I’m searching for.
Suggested solution:
I do not have any suggestions on how to handle employees who show little regard for the customers they serve. I actually believe this woman could have been a manager.
