My complaint:
I retired on 31822, agreed to work part-time after a week off. Requested my remaining vacation hrs to be paid for the week in between, received 80 hrs pay at a part-time rate, not at my full-time rate as they were earned . Put in my resignation letter that I was retiring on 31822, but still denied my full-time rate
Also was told last year my anniversary date was March but lost 40 hrs vacation pay because my anniversary dare was actually in February.
Suggested solution:
I want my 40 hrs vacation pay that I lost in Febuary and the 80 hrs pay for vacation that was only paid as part-time.
